The NSAC has revealed the official fighter payouts from Saturday's UFC 116 event. The total discloused payouts were $923,000 with the biggest share-as expected, $400,000-going to Brock Lesnar.

Carwin only getting $40k is ridiculous. He scored a 10-8 first round against Brock who will probably make a couple of million. They should have given Brock/Carwin fight of the night so he could get an extra $75k. Honestly, to me that fight was as entertaining (if not more) than the Leben and Bonnar fights.

As always, remember those are only the "announced/disclosed" payouts and do not include any other bonuses, sponsor payouts, etc. And Dana did say Carwin would be taken care of, so he likely got much more than $40K.

Carwin will be getting much more than reported, so no need to worry.

Not to mention that his base pay of $40,000 is probably what was negotiated in his contract.

I hope Chris Lytle was given an extra something for pulling off the real sub of the night. I don't see why Lesnar was given an extra 75k when he clearly made huge bank that night anyway .

I agree, Brock subing a gassed Carwin with no guard and rubber legs is no where as impressive as Lytle's reverse trianlge, his transition to that was a thing of beauty.

I agree that Lytle's sub deserved the bonus money, but man what a weak ass reason to hate on Lesnar.

Lytle is my boy and I hope Dana really does throw him a bonus check like he said he would. All of his fights are guarenteed bonus fights. I cant wait to see who they set him up with at 119.

Unless they pull off a gogoplata or a flying arm bar, I don't think Main Even fighters should ever get the bonuses. They make enough, especially the marquee stars like Brock.

Give it to the deserving guys on the undercard who are making considerably less.

i guarantee they get paid a lot more than they would anywhere else, or else they wouldnt be there. Id say Carwin will of made close to or possibly even more than 1/4 mil for this fight with all his sponsors and bonuses etc. and Brock would of made well over a mil and thats probably just the cut of the PPV buys.
