Fedor should drop to LHW now. It should be a lot easier now that he doesn't have the added weight of 5,000,000 MMA fans swinging from his nuts.

Apparently only Fedor showed up for the post-fight press conference

This happened to GSP against Serra, Machida had the same talk about him going into the Shogun fights, same with BJ and Edgar. It happens.

Sadly, now ALL of this attention will shift to Anderson. Shogun won't receive any of it mainly because the LHW belt has played musical chairs since Liddell lost it to Rampage. If Sonnen beats Anderson this conversation will get VERY interesting.

Jose Aldo P4P GSP dosn't finish fights

Aldo, needs to defend his title before I throw him in there with GSP, Anderson, and BJ.....do I think he will go on a tear? Yes. I still need that kind of consistency before I begin saying the things people have said about those three

Do I see it happening again? No. Werdum just got a lucky sub. However, Fedor needed this. In his last interviews, I have picked up on an narcissistic attitude and almost God like. Now that hes humbled, maybe hed start opening up his eyes a bit more on subjects.

Do who are you kidding? Learn your stuff before you talk about it man. Fedor thought he was God like? really? fedor is probably the most humble soft spoken fighter in the world. He exudes 0% cockyness. Fedor is confident in himself, and is ALWAY humble in Victory, and now defeat also.

im not a fan of the mma conspiracies or anything, but does anyone think werdum may have baited fedor into his guard by going down like that?

You know, I didn't see Fedor hit him with anything that would have sent him down like that. I'd need to see some serious replays but I'm inclined to believe that this might have been a strategy. If it was, it was a DAMN good one. I wouldn't say you were talking conspiracy here, sir.

Those were my thoughts as well, but if he pulled it off he deserves an Oscar. He's the Abu Dhabi world champion, not a huge surprise, I just believe Fedor got sloppy and made a mistake against one of the best grapplers in the world.

i firmly believe that fedor made a mistake by following werdum to the ground. he played right into his game. it sucks , i really wanted to see alistair vs fedor. damn.
