he didnt fight in australia, he got injured. he got brought back to build up forrest against a guy fans had heard of, then fought sakara and after that for some reason fought bisping. i cant remember if he was a replacement for someone in the bisping fight though, that may be why he got that one.

i understand your sentiments, but in the end it boils down to W's and L's, and like many have mentioned in here already, its probably the best thing for him right now. he has fought top fighters one after another and those losses can take a toll on you mentally, so maybe he can go out and get a couple wins somewhere else and come back fresh and ready to compete in the ufc again sooner than later. the guy isnt in boring fights, and he does bring it so there will be a place for him if he can right the ship outside of the ufc.

Does Jardine being cut open more fans' eyes as to why someone like Jon Fitch fights such a "boring" style?

I love Jardine. He's always went up against top competition and all of his fights are memorable, whether they be for negative or positive reasons. Hope he rebounds in SF or somewhere else.

This thread actuall improved my mood because of all the Jardine love....so many say the same thing about his fighting skills and spirit, and we still want to watch the guy fight because he is great! Bonnar will never get cut because of TUF one (at least that's what Dana says, but who knows it could be added to Blue's list of BS Dana quotes!)
