Despite handing Randy Couture a 2ndRound TKO loss en route to jacking his title at UFC 91, reigning heavyweight champ Brock Lesnar has remained in fairly close contact with Captain America. Couture is one of the few men in the sport the former WWE superstar actually respects.

I'm surprised Randy is helping Brock and not Carwin . Was not Carwin a training partner for Randy in preparation for his match with Lesner?

The thing that impressed me most about that video was watching Brock train. First of all he seems to have lost none of his size. Another sign that he doesn't do steroids. Guys who are roiding tend to lose size really fast when they take time off. Second, the ab work outs he was doing, the clap push ups, and the ropes all show a guy who is very flexible and athletic.
I've never thought he looked like he did steroids any way. He doesn't have that veiny ripped sort of muscle any way. Unfortunately it seems like you can't be in good shape with out people questioning the legitimacy of your physique.
Sorry if that was a little off topic. Also wanted to say that I'm sure he's going to pick up some useful techniques from Randy. Carwin is going to sleep.

I'm pretty sure he did 'roids in his WWE days, because he was so much bigger and leaner than he is now days. But he's had his work ethic forever and that is what really made him and built him back up. He does not get enough credit for his work ethic.

hes smaller now because he cant cut 75 pounds and make weight. its fine to walk around at 340 of huge ripped muscles when youre a pro wrestler, not so much when you are a fighter that has to make 265 to earn money

Im glad he has someone good to train with. Even when your Lesnar, you need real sparring partners to practice with. I also like this, because if Carwin cant get Lesnar down, he will prolly push him up against the cage and dirty box Lesnar (like he did to Mir) and Randy is good at cage work and dirty boxing. I get the impression that Carwin is more well rounded MMA fighter, almost as strong and can match and surpass Lesnar's current wrestling ability. Carwin wins by 1st round tko imo,
anyone wanna avatar bet me on it? priv mail me.

and ,am i the only 1 thats picking lesnar 2 beat carwin? also u know, that cain velasquez has no chance of beating the winner of this match.cause cain is just a weaker version of brock lesnar,he sucks at standing but hes got vicious GNP.so brock would beat him easy because thier the same fighter but brocks way stronger.and that also means if shane beats brock then he will have no proplem with cain .but i got brock by 2nd TKO vs shane and 1st TKO vs cain.
