Dude, this guy is awsom. Im a big fan of him from now on. Great guy to represent the sport. Tough as nails, nice personality, and a distinct charisma.
And, if his right hand wasnt hurt, he would have beat CroCop surely. Props to the guy, and he will come back a beast as he is known. Cant wait to see him fight again.

Any thought as to why he did not jump on him after the 2nd knockdown?

The guy has been kickboxing for years and years and he's only got 6 (or 7?) fights in professional MMA.

I don't know if anyone is aware of this or not since I keep hearing this argument being made BUT-

1) The ground game is still a threat to Barry. As was later shown.
2) In kickboxing when your opponent goes down you back off

Killer instinct seems like it would be easy to develop but for some people it isn't. I have no doubt at all that he will learn his lessons and come back better.

Yeah but it's not like he backed up to let him stand and continued fighting. He high fived and embraced him and coasted out the rest of the round. I think it's hard to deny that his love for crocop didn't have some kind of impact here. He didn't knock any of his other opponents down and the start high-fiving and hugging them, he continued attacking, even if he did let them stand back up for fear of the ground game.

It doesn't mean that crocop also wouldn't have survived and won the fight anyway, but I don't think anyone can deny he acted differently than he would've against any other opponent, and it's totally possible that the outcome would've been different as a result. I think you hug and high five after the bell rings if you like, but if you're doing it when you have your opponent on the ropes, you're giving him a big huge gift, and the reason was that he got caught up in the moment and though "hell yeah, I'm fighting crocop!"

I have been reading a lot of that, Hero-Worship is what writers keep calling it. When I saw Berry and Cro Cop hug in the ring, I thought that was pretty nice, and it was a sign of mad respect, but I don't think there is room for it in the ring, DURING THE FIGHT!!!

Be respectful of your opponent always, be honorable and be a coo sport before and after the fight, but not during. If your in the ring, I think the prime objective needs to be maintained of defeating your opponent.

Seems like he has a broken hand.

That explains why he gave up throwing his right towards the end of the first I guess.

HD cost me my parlay. But CroCop won memorably.

You can bend time on itself and see things like that? Thats pretty sick. What would have happend if P. Kane didn't score coming off the wing?

Yeah, I really didn't like the hug in the middle of the ring, but oh well. Cro Cop seemed pretty giddy himself.

That would be sweet if Cro Cop autographed Pat's cast

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in the playground is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no props, and may the mods have mercy on your soul.
