......Forrest Griffin
"You know what I was thinking about doing, I was thinking about it could possibly him [Chuck Liddell] and Forrest too. So the winner of Rich Franklin vs. Chuck Liddell could fight Forrest Griffin [17-6]."

I think I may have posted or thought of having franklin vs forrest back when rich was on his way to moving up to 205, would be a solid war between fan favorites.

I think Forrest wins both fights.
I like how franklin and forrest match-up, they use alot of the same tactics. Pressure, combinations, kicks and repeat. Niether can do anything with the other on the ground, which nearly gurantees a stand-up war.

I've always wanted to see Chuck vs Forrest. That fight or Franklin vs Forrest would sell like crazy and be very entertaining.

Did anyone else notice the cookout on the last TUF episode Rich preaching to everyone to eat their veggies and then it cuts to Chuck inhaling a cheeseburger.
Either way its goes with those three guys it will be entertaining. I do have to say Forrest looked much bigger than Rich standing side by side

HOLY **** does chuckie look good. He hasn't looked that ripped and comfortable with his weight in a long time. I think this chuck liddell we're going to see will be a totally different fighter. Ring Rust? Probably Do i care? NO Rich's Last fight with wandy, he looked good and I'm only picking chuckie for favouritism. This could go either way :)

Anyone else think the total number of buys on the Forrest v winner fight will decided if its a next in line for the title fight?

Nah, I dont think that anyone of them will b getting a shot anytime soon. even if they sell ridiculously. i honestly think machida or lil nog are gonna get the next shot. if machida beats page, if they do fight, or if lil nog finishes a fight quickly then he might get it. or even if anderson moves up he could get a shot right away depending on what he does against sonnen

"You know what I was thinking about doing, I was thinking about it could possibly him [Chuck Liddell] and Forrest too.
what does that say? Is it in Forrest language??? I assume the gist is Forrest vs. winner of Chuck, Rich
I always wanted to see Chuck vs Forrest, especially since Jardine beat both. Maybe Nate will follow Rich to 205, and I will have another dream match Nate the Great vs Rich would rock.
I pick Forrest to win both, but Forrest hasnt impressed me since Rua and Page wins (which a lot of people werent convinced by, cuz Page won and or Rua was ring rusted)

Those number would be outstanding!! But definatly not the fighters I want. After Jones dimantles Vlady(....sorry dude) He should be in that talk as well. Remember Forrest's last fight was a KO loss. Also when we are talking about guys climbing the ranks. Where is Ryan Bader. I think he has just as much clout as Chuck/Franklin winner!! there are so many fighters @ LHW that are great athletes/veryskilled fighters. The LHW mix is very clouded!

Franklin and Forrest have such similar styles--it's a matchup I've been looking forward to for a long time. I think Rich is the craftier of the two though. Would be a fantastic matchup. Hell, I wouldn't mind seeing Chuck and Griffin either!
