That's some maybe-not-sage career advice for the former UFC Heavyweight Champion from someone who knows 205-current Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion Muhammad Lawal. "He better get off that crack pipe. The main thing is Frank Mir at 205 would be strong, his skill-set would be enough. Overall strength and power would be down. I would just focus on the cardio. He should lose a little bit of weight as a heavyweight and be more mobile and agile heavyweight."

I'd like him to just be in better shape, even at his best (recent fights at 250+ IMO) he is kind of soft.......his cardio has always been a question as has his chin...faster with better head movement and knowing how to work angles could do the guy wonders.
