I saw the weigh-in pics for Rampage...he looks like he's in some serious shape...awesome weight-cut!

Rampage did not CUT 45 pounds, he lost a good 30-35 pounds over the last few months and then cut the rest like every other guy out there. It's just a testament to how hard he's been training, that's why we are hearing so much about it. I'm sure he walks around normally at a little bit under 230-235 lbs. He just got a little bit out of shape is all. I was looking at him and he did seem a little thin in the shoulders....hope this doesn't effect his KO Power.

"Forty-eight hours from weigh-ins, Jackson was a svelte 219." Weight link

found it, and I'd have to say Rampage looks smaller, and Rashad looks far stronger.

I sure hope Rampage backs up the weigh smack talk he did!!!
He looked good, made weight so My $$ is on him tonight-Things may not be so sunny if he fails to ward off a take down/ground and pound by Rashad...

Yeah Rampage's upper body looked a little drawn out but I'm sure it's fine. He'll get some water back in those muscles and they'll blow out again. I'm sure he lost some muscle mass during the layoff but it's very clear he's naturally a much larger man than Rashad. Especially when they were facing off.

Rampage did look to be in excellent shape. I am so glad the fight is tonight. Let's end this.

I hear ya...I don't think I could stand another week of the hype/smack talk between the two...it finally get settled tonight...I just hope it's a definitive ending, not some controversial ending....we shall see.

I might cry if there's controversy and we have to do this all over.

yeah, he weighed 251 on teh first day of his camp, but that doesnt mean he "cut" 46 pounds, he lost most of it over the course of like 7 weeks, and then cut maybe 15-20 for weigh ins

cutting weight is dehydration, losing weight is metabolizing fat
