Anyone have a good body weight routine? The only equipment I have i an elliptical heavy bag light dumbells and pull up a bar. So if anyone has a good routine that I can mix in some of that stuff it would be great. I'm 5'8" 172 just really looking to tone up.

for use with the dumbells check out Istvan "steve" javorek's dumbell conditioning exercises, he has them on his site.
I do alot of bodyweight work:
20 squats
20 pushups
20 lunges/ 10 per side
20 squats
10 pullups
20 pushups
20 squats
10 pullups
20 lunges
jumping jacks thrown in along with mountain climbers and burpees.
check out rosstraining.com, lots of fun stuff on his site.

You can do squats with your heavy bag, on the shoulders infront or behind the head and zelcher squats with it. You can also do thrusters with it.
