Without turning this into a big ordeal over the brawl after the fights (there are plenty of threads on that already so please leave it out if at all possible)......who thinks they know what the next big match ups are?
I got:
Shields vs winner of Souza vs Villasenor (Villasenor IMO)
Henderson vs Moussasi (IDK after Moussasi's last performance)
Miller vs Lawler (Miller due to Lawler's lack of sub def)
Gilbert vs Alvarez/GZ/Kawajiri? I mean who do they have at LW that is a big draw/legit?
and where is Josh Thompson?
Who is going to fight Diaz next? Hieron??

Also want to add that I was very impressed with Jake and King Mo....they won when and where they shouldn't have and they may have left it the hands of the judges, but their victories were definately one sided! Aoki really bummed me out, just got completely dominated.

I think we should have a camp match. Miller's camp vs. Team Gracie. My personal favorite comment of the night were the announcers saying "this is MMA folks, this stuff does happen." No it ******* doesn't.

I remember a while back they said Diaz was gunna fight Sakurai for the title. If he isn't suspended then that fight will likely happen. Or he may move up to 185 to fight Mayhem. I think there will be a stalemate with shields and that we wont see him back in action for around a year.

Diaz might not be able to defend his title for quite some time, depending on what they decide to do about his actions.

I doubt Diaz would go up to 185 as long as Shields is champ there. Then again Strikeforce is its own animal so you never know.

I don't know whats next for SF. I don't see shields fighting the one fight option for SF, nor do I see him resigning with them. Strikeforce's roster isn't deep enough to interest me, other than seeing Hendo v Mousassi.

Souza vs. Shields sounds perfect to me.

Hendo vs. Mousasi- why not? Sounds good to me.

King Mo vs. ??? Who do they have at 205 better than Mousasi that you can argue deserves a title fight?

I was thinking the same thing. Who do they really have at 205?

Mousasi
King Mo
Babalou
Soku
Possibly Hendo

Mousasi has already dispatched babalou and Soku. A rematch should be out of the question for now. What about Minowa? Isn't he at 205 now?
Perhaps import him from Dream and see what happens?
At least it would be something different.

Shields to the UFC

Right, this is a possibility. IIRC, Franklin McNeil said he expected Shields to sign with the UFC "win or lose", although I haven't made up my mind about whether McNeil is the insider he claims to be. If Shields vacates the belt, we could see Hendo in another Middleweight title fight against... Jason Miller? Robbie Lawler? Gegard Mousasi could be an outside possibility too. I know that Mousasi has said he wants to stay at Light-Heavyweight, but (a) that was before King Mo ran him over and (b) he was the Dream Middleweight Grand Prix champion in '08, so we know he can do it.
