after Silva's performance last night does anyone else agree with me that Vitor Belfort has a real legit chance to knock Silva off?

I don't know I don't see Anderson fighting Vitor like he did Maia. He knows that Vitor has more hand speed and power then Maia and wouldn't leave it to chance getting clipped IMO.

No, I don't think he has any more chance than he did before the Maia fight. I don't think anything of Anderson's chin was shown there. I do believe some of his conditioning shows, but he never appeared hurt to me, maybe surprised to be eating shots, but not hurt.

I would still say i'm leaning towards Anderson if that fight was to still happen, though Vitor is infamous for his fast Ko power and Anderson would be wise to attempt to finish this bout asap.

What? Some of you guys are confusing the hell out of me. If Anderson is fighting just to keep the belt kind of like what Sylvia use to do but your saying he can do it against Vitor? how the hell would he just fight to keep the belt against Vitor. Neither are these amazing ground fighters but have black belts so they at least no whats going on down there and I doubt Silva takes him down. It'd be a stand up war and I just don't see how Anderson could avoid a war in this one. Vitor matches or has the better hand speed then Silva, maybe more power. Anderson has probably the better accuracy and technique, but Vitor will probably land first in every exchange. I think theirs a good chance he takes that title. Bad match up for Silva IMO.

I disagree....it's a good match up for Silva IMO. He seems to do well against agressive stand up fighters and seems to be weird when fighting ground wizards.

i think a lot of you guys are jumping on silva's rod really. i guess you don't really know who vitor is cuz that man is one of the best boxing mma artists in the history of the sport. he's got some of the fastest hands the sports ever seen and he's a beast to top it off. i think it'll be a decent fight and anderson just may win b/c he is extremely talented but come on. if vitor comes to fight... anderson might wanna change his game plan. he's never seen hands like vitors.

Silva will KO Belfort but Vitor will engage and at least give the fans a good fight. Who knows though could be a five round dance off with the winner being the fighter who can talk the most while circling his opponent fastest. I'm real excited for this one.... NOT!

i'd love to see Vitor win this. it's hard not to want Vitor to win. I don't know anyone that doesn't like him. I think Vitor has the power to K.O. anybody but I think Silva has much better footwork and is more accurate w/his strikes.

If Edgar can beat Penn than anything can happen
I'd give Belfort a better chance of beating Silva than Edgar had of beating BJ.

all that being said i'd still like to see Belfort take a couple fights @ 185 in the UFC first before facing Silva.

It wasn't that long ago that he lost to Henderson.
