Call him the anti-Amir Sadollah.

Where Sadollah was able to claim victory in the seventh season of "The Ultimate Figher" with zero pro fights to his name, Kyacey Uscola will now try his hand at the 11th edition with nearly 50.

And while some veterans may feel like the added experience means they have a target on their back, "Ice Cold" said it just makes him the favorite.

"I don't think any of them are gunning for me," Uscola told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). "I think they know that I can bang with any of them. I can grapple. I'm a college All-American. I've taken the advanced division at Grappler's Quest.

"I think they're all pretty worried."

Uscola's exact record is a little tough to nail down. Depending on where you look, he might be 18-15 or could be 18-12. Uscola believes the most accurate mark is about 30-16.

Whatever it actually is, Uscola just knows there are way more losses on it than he'd like to see.

"It's taken me a lot of trials and tribulations to get here," Uscola said. "I've fought a lot of tough guys, and I pissed off a lot of good fights or matches that I should have won."

A former collegiate wrestling All-American, Uscola has been fighting professionally since 2004. While his lengthy record does have its share of losses, a closer look at his history reveals an astounding amount of quality opponents: Josh Burkman, Xavier Foupa-Pokam, Mike Guymon, Gegard Mousasi, Kyle Noke, Trevor Prangley, Chael Sonnen, and Joey Villasenor, among others.

But Uscola believes those years of experience of fighting anyone who would step up have prepared him for this moment – that and his current training with Urijah Faber's Team Alpha Male in Sacramento, Calif.

"I'm with a great training camp now, and it's sort of changed my aspect on things," Uscola said. "I think a lot of it is watching Urijah and him being in my ear all the time, like, 'Kyacey, you've got all the talent in the world. Let's get it done. Let's get it done.'"
