UFC welterweight title challenger Dan Hardy (23-6 MMA, 4-0 UFC) won't bring too many surprises to the cage when he faces champion Georges St-Pierre (19-2 MMA, 13-2 UFC) at UFC 111 on March 27.
The British slugger's striking attack has earned him a perfect mark in the UFC, so why change things now?

GSP is going to be dominate in all phases of the fight. IMO Dan Hardy isnt even a legit number one contender. Alves, Fitch, Kos, Daley, GSP, RUMBLE > Hardy

hardys striking is so accurate, but vs GSP, hes doomed to lose. Gsp is so pumped for this fight since hardy has decent hands Gsp will finish him for sure.

Hardy is trying to play mind games, but I don't think that's going to work on GSP anymore.

Love it. Really pulling for a Hardy finish. If nothing else, I want people to realize the guy is legit. "Oh he's going to get dominated, blah blah, no chance, blah blah, man GSP needs to shave down here, it's itching me..."

I dont think Dan will have to wait long. GSP will have taken him down and punished Hardy a bit before half trough the 1st. Most likely pound on him a while and end it in the 2nd. I know hardy likes to hype his fights but i cant stand this guy for some reason.........i think it's his smile.

Hardy may ko gsp in his dreams but never in reality...
this guy hardy does deserve to be there imo, but lets not get carried away, the only fighter who will ko gsp is spider, and that fights not happening 4 a while if ever

Hmmm... That's right... Matt Serra never fought Georges, or knocked him out.

this is the dumbest thing i heard today..first of all alves, fitch and kos all got a crack at gsp and got beaten down bad..daley only has two win in the ufc and hardy has 4 wins..rumble lost to kos recently and won his last match so he's not gonna get a chance anytime soon..i'm also guessin u thought dana make the right move in givin brock lesnar a shot at the title after goin 1-1 in the ufc..

Sports fans are prone to speaking in hyperbole, and this fight definitely has fostered that.
Hardy's confidence is well-earned, and these comments do not bother me at all. He's proved he can strike, and if Georges St. Pierre gets baited into exchanges with him, GSP might just eat the canvas.
Fortunately, I think GSP takes Hardy down with some early difficulties and spends the rest of the fight pounding on him, maybe looking for a submission, because most of the time (not including this instance) it annoys me to hear Hardy speak.
