If what's happened in the past holds, not likely and no. There will only be about 6-7 hours between the lock times and not everyone would be able to log on and place bets so it would be too unfair (it has happened before and it was an absolute mess). As for betting on both, if this had been a combo card event then it would've worked. But it's not, so it likely won't work.
