I like Cain, hes a tough fighter with a bright future.....BUT, how is he going to beat Nog. He hit Kongo with a bunch of shots and never even really hurt him, so I highly doubt he'll knock him out. There is no way he can submit him. The only thing I can think of is a lay and pray victory, but i really cant see Nog letting that happen. He'll get up/out/or look for a sub. I also think Nog has a significant advantage on the feet. Cardio should not be a factor. So if anyone thinks that Cain is gonna win, or even has more than a 15% chance, please tell me how.

I think Cain will win a decision. He has no way to finish the fight and honestly will likely win a CLOSE decision, but I think he'll do enough.
I don't think big Nog is close to being at the title level anymore.
However, I think we all know big Nog is the only one capable of finishing the fight and had a significant advantage in standing and on the ground. If Cain makes it out of the first, which is likely, and if he conserves and doesn't try to finish Nog, which too many have tried to do before, he'll sweat glide his way to victory.

well he obviously beat henderson in that fight, lousy decision in my opinion.
Fedor and Josh Barnett both have backgrounds that have emphasized submissions and defense in their base styles. Barnett's form of wrestling is fundamentally different than Cain's. Also hes better on his feet than Cain, which is the way barnett beat Nog, on the feet. When they had a grappling war Nog edged barnett.
Cain hasnt been challenged with his bjj defense at all yet, and because of that, i cant just assume cain is good enough to defend subs and transitions from Nog, as almost no one is.

Yes the dan henderson decision was one of , if not the worst decision in all of mma . Not only did Nog dominate the entire fight , he dominated the overtime round .
