That's a ton of red meat. Lesnar should have a talk with him about diverticulitis.

Overeem is such an exciting mma fighter, I hope he comes back. horse meat alone wont add 35 pounds of muscle in 1 year, he must be taking creatine and other "legal stuff"

I think Overeem and Fedor are similiar in 1 way, they both fear no man, but also feel they have no need to prove their greatness. Overeem is just a more extreme version, since he fights nobodies, and Fedor fights non UFC guys.

If either guy was interested in fame as much as money and a long career, overeem would defend his SF belt, and or both would go to the UFC.

There is no more PRIDE fc, Dream has no comp yet, SF has a few big names, but has a small roster and fighters like Overeem who is rented from K-1(IT SEEMS).
The UFC is the where the best need to be imo. The responsible thing for Overeem to do is pick K-1 or MMA, and SF needs to give Fedor Werdum the interim belt. Maybe the once the interim belt is defended it could become the real belt. Its been over 2 years since the SF HW belt was defended. too long

I really wish Overeem hadn't spent so many years trying to be a 205er.

that's what i always say to people..they don't get the fact that the older you get the harder it's to cut weight(or they just don't want to believe anything else but juicing up)..so overeem did the best move..not cut weight..and move up to hw..and eatin that much..you'll definitely blow up..i gotta try this horse meat one day..i hear alot of good thing bout it..patrick cote also eats horse meat..go ubereem..f*ck all the haters..and go get PAID in japan...

The guy is flipping those steaks way too much. Doesn't he know the "one flip" rule? That steak is going to lose its flavor. I would lose weight if I had to choke down poorly prepared steak.

If you notice how rare the steaks are in the middle - it's because he flips them a lot.

To cook the inside of the steak the heat has to penetrate to the middle. When you flip the burger you're constantly putting the cold side of the steak up against the flames. So just when the heat starts to get to the middle, he flips it, and then the heat has to try all over again to get to the middle and, predictably, the middle never gets cooked.

That's why you ideally only want to flip once. In an ideal world where you could see the middle of your steak as you're cooking it, you would want to see the middle about 2/3rds of the way cooked when you flip and start cooking the other side.

Nah, was definitely taught to never flip a steak, or any meat for that matter, more than once.

The best way to eat cow, and I assume horse, as my dad once said:

"cut its' horns off, wipe its' ass and throw it on the plate!"

i have no idea whether he uses roids or not but i do know for sure that you can get that big that fast at his age w/out using drugs.

he may use...i don't know how we can know for sure simply based on his build and not fighting in the states for a while.
