Triggonomics no longer has a place in UFC. The losing streak of death today claimed Frank Trigg, who confirmed he has been cut by the promotion. Trigg went 6-1 to earn his second shot in UFC after a 2-3 run before but was TKO'd by Josh Koscheck in September then was KO'd by Matt Serra at UFC 109. He's undecided on future plans.

Wish him all the best. He said during an interview before the Serra fight that if he loses he might as well call it a career. I think he is a good commentator and should look into that job path. Throw him into the WEC mix so Mir's nuthuggery of certain fighters can be gone.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in the playground is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no props, and may the mods have mercy on your soul.

no surprise here, they were gonna cut him after the Koscheck loss but I think he asked for another chance

Serra helped him out with his walking papers. I think Trigg is done fighting, obviously he can still compete but mostly at a secondary level, he'll never be a top guy again and that showed in his last two performances in the UFC.

I never thought much of Trigg as a fighter , I still felt he should have beaten Serra but Serra continues to prove people wrong , kind of like a Couture Mini-Me. I never understood how Trigg became a big name , he never beat any Championship caliber fighters , and everybody talks about how he's done defeating the top guys , he never beat any . Great commentator and I hope he lands a job somewhere.

He was a top 10 MW and WW at certain points in his career.
According to some websites at least (MMAweekly or Sherdog)...those are usually the ones I pay attention to most.
