Before the fight on Saturday night, Frank Trigg commented how Matt Serra catches everyone he fights with his big right hand. Despite the preparation, lighting struck once again as Serra clubbed Trigg with that right en route to a first round TKO win at UFC 109.

I don't know why Trigg thinks he's Lucian Bute all of a sudden, but if Trigg had used his wrestling and GnP he'd have won easily.

i dont really think lightening struck again for serra. i always knew that if trigg tried to stand with serra it was only a matter of time before he was clubbed with a huge right hand.and we all know that trigg doesnt have the best chin in the world.

i picked serra to win and he did.

that was one of those knock outs that made me stand up and yell. I have always liked Serra and am pretty much pulling for him in every match up. I never actually saw the Hughes fight but I was actually sad that Serra lost.
