Would be a good fight, Rich could possibly score a TKO here.. I also want to see Rich teach Bisping a lesson, But arnt the 185 days over for him? Oh well, Wanderlei can just do it for me!! 2 weeks till I am there

i like it but a win over vera coleman and rich should not warrant a title shot i do have a strong feeling his next fight will be on that boston card maybe a rashad evans next???

I wouldnt mind seeing that fight at all. Randy should be ready to go soon. As he didn't take much punishment in the fight with Coleman.

I would rather see Franklin take on Forrest Griffin or Jon Jones.....but since those fights cannot happen I would be fine with a Couture vs Franklin fight (Franklin would probably score the (T)KO).

I have a feeling that Couture is a win away from a title shot, I think he's going to have to beat at least a fringe contender so Dana doesn't look like an idiot. I think Franklin is in the mix but I think it's going to be the Jon Jones/Keith Jardine winner or else Thiago Silva. I think Silva is the most likely because it seems Couture is trying to stay active.

......I thought Jones is fighting Vera and Jardine is fighting Bader....... Maybe I'm totally confused about future fights.......

No you are not confused...Couture v Franklin isn't a bad prospect but whoever said it is right...doesn't really jump Randy to the front of the class with a win...I would certainly like to see Randy against Luiz Cane or Thiago Silva...both guys are towards the top and a win against one of them would be pretty good...or hell give him Lil Nog...would be no question the winner would be deserving of a title....on the other hand I think Randy is more than one fight away...I think Rampage v Rashad will get the winner of Machida v shogun2...that puts a fight with Randy vs Rich into a very reasonable light...with the winner of that fighting say the loser Rampage Rashad or Machida/Shogun or the winner of Lil nog v Forrest....
The LHW Division is full of possibilities right now its awesome...and then with Jon Jones working his way up and the way Phil Davis looked last night...I think he's going to be making waves quickly in the division.

I don't think its neccessarily irrelevant...as I said in another post...timing wise it may work out...the winner of Randy v Rich would still be a fight or so away from the title and with Rampage v Rashad coming up the winner of that certainly deserves the title shot...there are no shortage of contenders in the division and someone viable could be lined up against the Randy/Rich winner to determine a no 1. IMO

I don't know if Rich would be the best pick....as it's been stated there is so many possible match ups for him in the LHW div, but it's definately not a bad suggestion. Either one would pick up a win against a solid competitor with a big name. I'd watch it for sure with great interest.

Rich isnt exactly the best fighter in a clinch situation. Akthough I would be cheering for Franklin I think it would look somewhat like Randy v Vera, except Vera has better Greco then Franklin

Thiago would smash Couture in a heartbeat. I do like the Idea of franklin vs Couture, and I actually think that is going to happen, or maybe randy and Luiz cane possibly.
