Las Vegas hosts many UFC events. MMA is sanctioned in NJ. In northern NJ there is an avid fan base. On gate alone the UFC would make money in the NE. What can change this? I realize thiere is a fight in Newark in the spring. The last one was Nov. 2008 ????

Considering that many folks throughout the country never get a UFC near them, it's hard to feel sorry for New Jersey fans. Your've had 2 the last year and a half. Your doing good.
Yeah, UFC 78 was a bad event in my opinion, but you get two title fights and alves/fitch, so they're making up for it this time. Enjoy what you've got because many people in the US never get an event close to them.

Everyone fears the orange people, even the fighters.

Ya whatever you should all feel sorry for me, poor Las Vegas, its losing more and more events each year to stupid places Like Canada, Germany, England, Ohio, LA, who has even heard of these places before... Screw all of your stupid cities, this whole globalization of the UFC sucks... Zuffa needs to hold every event in Las Vegas where they belong.

I was very drunk when i posted last night. I just feel like they are missing out on a major market...When I talk about Northern NJ I really mean the nyc area. I hope when NY state legalizes mma that there is more than one fight a year at the Garden! WWF used to sell out MSG every week!

UFC 39 and 50 were both in New Jersey and were two of the best MMA I've seen in a long time.
