For love or money, Sin City always takes the latter when it comes to the fight game.

MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) has learned that training partners Evan Dunham (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) and Tyson Griffin (14-2 MMA, 7-2 UFC) have agreed to meet at UFC 115 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, according to multiple sources close to the situation.

Bout agreements have yet to be signed, but both parties have agreed to the fight and are expected to finalize a deal soon.

This may be a bridge too far for Dunham right now.

I'd rather see Evan brought up a little more slowly, but a good showing vs. Tyson would be huge for him.

I haven't picked against Evan yet, but I probably will in this match up.

Only place I see Evan being superior is in the BJJ department. Other than that, I think Griffin is probably a little better everywhere else and his sub defense is top notch. Unless Tyson makes a really big mistake, I think he takes this fight via UD.

They train together, so they probably both know what to expect...I think its a pretty even fight. Might go with Dunham here..

I think it will just be a stand up war so dunham has a decent chance of winning a decision possibly

I want dibs on an avatar bet. I'm not necessarily betting on Dunham to win (I'll root for him) but I don't see Griffin KO'ing him.

So, a knockout bet?

Yep.

I'll sport your choice of avatar for 2 weeks. You sport mine for 1 week.

Let's up the stakes, how about 12:1 for Dunham on regular av bet?

I can't pass that up. Let's do it.

I'll still be picking Griffin to win a decision, though.

That's a lock for you, Fleek. You got this one in the bag.

I wouldn't necessarily say it's in the bag. You think Dunham is a lock to win?

I'm probably going to pick Griffin to win. I think he's too big of a step up in competition for Dunham right now. I only took the avatar bet because he's giving me 12:1 odds, meaning I'd sport an avatar for 1-week if Griffin wins and he'd sport one for 12-weeks if Dunham wins. At least that's how I understood it.
