Pablo Alfonso beat Marcos Da Matta by submission (armbar) at 1:47 of round 1. David Gomez beat Craig Oxiey by unanimous decision, 3 30-27s. Joe Ray beat Jon Clark by TKO (strikes) at 3:14 of round 1. Michael Byrnes beat David Zitnik by majority decision, 2 30-27s and 1 29-29. It was skipped earlier due to time constraints and held after the main event. Jay Hieron beat Joe Riggs by unanimous decision, 2 30-27s and 1 29-28. TV fights: Bobby Lashley beat Wes Sims by TKO (strikes) at 2:06 of round 1. Robbie Lawler beat Melvin Manhoef by KO at 3:33 of round 1. Herschel Walker beat Greg Nagy by TKO (strikes) at 2:17 of round 3. Strikeforce Women's Featherweight Champion Cristiane Santos beat Marloes Coenen by TKO (strikes) at 3:40 of round 3 to retain the title. Nick Diaz beat Marius Zaromskis by TKO (strikes) at 4:38 of round 1 to win the vacant Strikeforce Welterweight Championship.
