Although the fight happening largely depends on how Marius Zaromskis comes out of tonight's Strikeforce event, DREAM appears close to making Zaromskis vs. Kiyoshi Tamura for the DREAM Welterweight Championship at DREAM 13. But if Zaromskis gets seriously injured tonight, the fight is likely off.
