Houston Alexander, the ex-UFC fighter who a few years ago looked like one of the sport's most promising light heavyweights, suffered a second-round TKO loss to a little-known opponent named Joey Beltran on Saturday night.
It was Alexander's fifth loss in his last six fights, and he only went the distance against one of those five opponents, Kimbo Slice.

This is sad news I really like Houston. They should keep him around for excitement he's always in a good scrap except for the Kimbo fight, which is understandable both guys have KO power and didn't wanna risk being on the receiving end of one of those punches by rushing in. I know they can't keep him around forever and he hasn't been winnning but I still like watching him compete.
Elvis Sinosic should come back to 205 and fight Houston hahaha battle of the shitty records.

He was let go not longer after the Kimbo fight.

I personally can't stand behind a guy who gets KTFO and after viewing the replay still says he didn't get KTFO.
Let him keep getting knocked out until he admits to one.

It is my opinion that Houston's only real victories came against guys with glass jaws. Namely Sakara and Jardine. He got real lucky in his only two real wins. They both should have beaten Alexander...and easily. Crap happens though and sometimes you get hit...and if you have a glass jaw...you go down. Houston who?
