During the UFC 108 Pre-Fight Q&A, Wanderlei Silva said that in his 110 fight with Michael Bisping he's going to try and finish it in round 2-by KO. "I'm doing a lot of standup because I want to knock him out. He's a man that likes to fight standup and sometimes he's a guy afraid to shoot. I've been training more boxing, Muay Thai, knees, elbows. I want to make a very interesting show for my friends." He also said he doesn't want an Anderson Silva fight. Yet. "At this moment, I don't want a fight with (Anderson Silva). He's the champion. I need to prove myself again inside the Octagon. I need to fight better. After few fights I would feel comfortable, but now, I don't want a fight with him."

I just hope Wand looks better at 185 than he did when he fought Franklin at 195 . If he can make the cut to 185 with out any severe negative effects on his combat prowess then that's awesome. However, if he looks as bad o(r worse) than he did against Franklin...well, I would rather he went back to 205.

Also, WAR WANDY

This is going to be a pretty good brawl. Bisping, I hate the guy but he presses the action and is usually in an exciting fight. That plus Wanderlei Silva should be able to get fight of the night. I don't know if he'll even make it to the second, but Bisping is getting KOd for sure.

Bisping has trouble seeing punches coming.
Hendo and Kang both proved that.
With Wandy, Bisping better hope to get this to the ground or land on Wandy before Wandy loads up on him.
This is pretty much another attempt to give Bisping some credibility, via by beating a "name" fighter. In this bout he will probably have a decent chance of taking Wandy if he plays it very safe.
However, Wandy is still no pushover. I don't think Bisping is anywere near the level of Rampage or Franklin and I think he may get knocked out cold again.
If he can't get one over on Wandy I think it's time he heads to the undercard.

I think with the addition of Paul Daley that Bisping getting Win's isn't as important to the UFC's market in the UK as it once was. Now they have a fighter who is knocking people out in dramatic fashion and I think slowly they are hitching their wagon to him over Bisping like it should have been. I think Bisping has a chance to win this fight especially if Wand gets tired and Bisping just gets takedowns and such. I see Wandy knocking him out but hey who knows. I think it should be an interesting fight.

Wandy has a very good chance of it happening. Bispings last two fights have shone that his footwork is elementary and if he didnt immprove on it he is toast. And he didnt do much about it after the Hendo KO, kept circling into Kangs fists!!?? Nighty night Mike!!!

This would really help me gain 11 points if Wandy makes it happen.

So he'll spend the first round running backwards? The throw one punch in the second? Odd gameplan.
