Every fight was great, Except for the main event. The Curse is over peoples!!
I disagree. I thought the main event was stellar.
Rashad got tired and then got rocked but quickly recovered. That's the sign of a good chin.

I still have love for Thiago, but he is just a LHW gatekeeper until he can master the sprawl, he got up well, but needs to sprawl better IMO to be more than just a test of a mans heart chin and striking. He needs more speed too.

LnP, Rashad has just lost me as a fan, it looks like Machida took his chin. I was really disappointed in Rashad I hope Rampage knocks him out. Silva showed a lack of heart, he should have given all he had left and won that fight, that right there says he'll never be a champion.
Rashad didn't LnP once in that entire fight.

Rashad just didn't have the GNP to take him out....plus Thiago was able to get up and use his BJJ to avoid damage.

I finished 8-2 with like 67 points on this card Not a bad start to this season.
The only fights I didnt get were Lauzon-Stout, but that was a pretty big upset I'd say. I also had Hazelett over Daley but boy was I wrong on that one.
I think Dos Santos may be ready for his title shot

Rashad did slightly more than Couture did against Vera. It wasn't LnP but it was real close, he refused to strike with him, and did next to nothing damage, it was a win and I don't hold that against him, but now he just looks like a bitch after all his talk.

Rashad throw 4 strikes on the ground the whole fight. In the clinch he throw 12 strikes the whole fight compared to Silva's 58. he did nothing with his takedowns but move to half guard once. If that isn't LnP i don't know what is. Though Silva should have finished him

I used to hate on Rashad with the best of um but I dont know how anyone can say that was a LnP decision. Rashad stayed elusive on the feet to frustrate Thiago, and when Silva got overly aggressive he slammed him and got the dominant position. Rashad even said it at the post-fight presser, he followed his gameplan to a T and despite the third round scare, it worked great for him.
Thiago utilized his underated jj to neutralize Rashads GnP which may be why it appeared Rashad was LnPing. I think some people are just bitter Silva lost, but its his own fault for gassing and not capitalizing when he rocked Evans in the third. Sure we were all rooting for him in those last 10 seconds, but thats the way it goes.

Silva landed 54 percent of his strikes not really elusive.. on the other hand Rashad landed 28 percent of his strikes

the fight was closer than you think round 2 was a 10-10 round should have been 29-29 decision takedowns are weighed to heavily Rashad not once tried to end that fight then again as i said before Silva should have put him away
