I like your picks but a lot of guys you mentioned already have fights scheduled....Sherk, Maynard, Diaz, ect....When I do this I try to leave it to guys not already scheduled or put them in with winner/loser of a certain fight.

The reason is because he defeated his one "weakness" last night, the CardioWrestler. Mir Haters are gone too.

everyone at bww was sayin that diego was gonna gas penn out, and that Mir had no chance standing, i picked Kongo by KO but sumthin told me that Mir was gonna pull a shocker again (knocking down the best striker in the HW division), and when Penn rocked Diego that 1st time, i called it, that fight was over, from that point on Diego wasnt trying to win, he was trying not to lose. he was mentally broken, and u could even see it through the mean face.
I wanna see Diego vs Kenny again, but that puts contendership in a bad spot as we would see a fight we already saw recently

I'm no fan of Mir. However, I have just become a fan of BJ, and it is because he seems to have resolved his issues with cardio/motivation. I used to dislike BJ and I never really knew why, but I realized last night that it was because I perceived him as being arrogant and lazy for not fully realizing his potential. Now that this looks like it has changed I like BJ.

Ill play:
BJ Penn: Gray Maynard (pending his fight with Diaz)
Diego Sanchez: Sort of squeeked by two good LW's in Stevenson and Guida and dominated by a great LW while at 155 - he needs to go back to the drawing board. A fight with Florian is too stern a test for him IMO and should fight a guy like Mark Bocek who is on a roll as of late, or even a Gleison Tibau and judge from there if he would be able to dominate/finish Bocek/Tibau.
Frank Mir: Probably Carwin.
Chieck Kongo: To be honest im not sure. He knocks out lower tier fighters and struggles with quality opposition. I'd probably try his luck against an up and coming prospect or a guy like Roy Nelson.
Jon Fitch: Dong-Hyun Kim Mike Pierce: James Wilks
Kenny Florian: Tyson Griffin Clay Guida: Terry Etim - Etim has been on a roll lately and would like to see him get a step up in quality opposition.
Stefan Struve: Good winning streak, I think James McSweeney could be a good test for both fighters. Struve really needs to sharpen up his standup.
Paul Buentello: a fight with Matt Mitrione would be a very exciting crowd pleasing fight.
Alan Belcher: Big fan of Belcher, I think a fight between him and Nate Quarry would be a good favorable matchup for a prospect like Belcher.
Wilson Gouveia: 6-4 in the UFC, losing 2 in a row... I would not be surprised if cut (could not make weight in 2 out of last 3 fights). If not, then he should really consider a move back to 205.
Matt Wiman: Real gritty fighter, would like to see him fight Aaron Riley.
Shane Nelson: Will most likely be cut - or will try the WEC 145lb division.
Johnny Hendricks: Big fan of Hendricks as well. Good power/wrestling/dirty boxing and a great attitude. He will be a tough fight for anybody, I think a fight with Goulet could get him more Octagon time and a good matchup.
Ricardo Funch: Tough 1st fight for him, I would probably guess he would fight one of the contestants from TUF 9 (Riddle, Osipczak, Wilks, Johnson, etc)
Rousimar Palhares: 3-1 in the UFC, and I think his aggressive submission style would be a good fight against Okami (a fight with Cacareco would be insane)!
Lucio Linhares: Rob Kimmons
DaMarques Johnson: Brian Foster (should be a great fight) Edgar Garcia: Probabaly cut
TJ Grant: I'd like to see him face a grappler. Give him Jacob Volkmann and see how he does. Kevin Burns: Probably cut (3 in a row)

I like most of your picks. I would make 2 changes and pit:
Jon Fitch vs Anthony Jonhson Diego Sanchez vs Kenny Florian.....really want to see this rematch
EDIT: My bad i wouldnt throw Gouviea to Palhares either, that is unless you want to cut him after that fight!?!?
