I find it hard to think anyone would still be interested in Barnett....the risk is huge! Lashley at ATT makes sense, and Overeem not until winter of 2010!!!

This scenerio looks much better for Hendo. Three big fights. His clothing line also reaches a new audience, bigger audience. Win/win.

"- Henderson has approached Coker about wanting to fight Shields, Mousasi, and Fedor Emelianenko in succession. Coker didn’t guarantee anything, but alluded to the fact that if Henderson is successful in his first bout, it is a likely scenario." Hell Yeah I love all three of these fights, Fedor is a bit of a stretch but I would love to see it.
"- Bobby Lashley is heading to American Top Team in Miami before he makes his Strikeforce debut, though no date has been confirmed." Bobby at ATT = Scary
"- Anticipates the winner of Josh Thompson vs. Gilbert Melendez to fight Aoki in March or April." Hell Yeah...
"- Josh Barnett is welcomed at Strikeforce once the issues with the commission have been cleared." Ya I thought this would happen, Barring the juice scandal, Barnett does bring skill and some name recognition
"- Alistair Overeem will fight in Strikeforce in the late first quarter, early second quarter of 2010. Both Overeem and Fabricio Werdum are the leading candidates to take on Fedor." I have already stated my opinion on Overeem so many times, but I am OK with Overeem not fighting until March or April, as long as his belt is F-ING STRIPPED IMMEDIATELY.

He was supposed to fight Werdum and Rogers not too long ago if memory serves. Overeem has pulled every excuse but a rabbit out of his hat not to return to Strikeforce and defend his title, time and time again.
I'm going to go ahead and read between the lines here and say he either
A. Likes K-1 more than MMA (which he has repeatedly denied)
or
B. Can't pass a UA
You be the judge.
p.s. I have no interest in seeing Barnett fight ever again.

If Hendo gets the fights he wants his record will be 1-2 in Strikeforce.

So he beats Fedor and will lose to Shields and Gegard?
