BJ Penn says he won’t be rattled by vocal gymnastics coming towards the Octagon – if he can even hear them – when he faces Diego Sanchez at UFC 107 on Saturday.
Sanchez, winner of the original “Ultimate Fighter,” who’s getting his first title shot after shrinking from welterweight to lightweight, isn’t your average bird outside the cage. Sure, he works hard like everyone else. But his supreme confidence – a trademark of his early career – isn’t expressed in the usual ways.
That’s if you consider cartwheeling through a park yelling “YES!” unusual.
If it’s a contest of crazy, Penn told reporters Wednesday, Diego’s already lost.

Bj will need to be awesome in this fight- I dont think he will destroy deigo like he did shek joe dad or florian but unless diego gets a great punch in I see BJ getting a submission in the 3rd or 4th- this will be a battle like Fitch VS GSP i think.
