Strikeforce signs KJ Noons
Strikeforce has signed the former Elite XC lightweight champion, could a rematch with Nick Diaz be in the future?

i've been hoping he'd make the move to strikeforce. even in the midst of all the drama with elite xc he stayed on good terms with strikeforce.

I guess he's tired of struggling against cans in boxing. Good move.

Would have liked to see him sign with the UFC so low tier guys like Danzig could mess him up and send him packing out of the UFC.

I'd like to see him matched up with Kawajiri. He'd get crushed by the "Crusher" but it'd be done in style!

Didn't SF say they were going to co promote a few fights with Dream too? This fight would be hard to sell but awesome to watch!

Guess I'm one of the very few who thinks this guy is legit... I want to see him fight whoever they put in front of him.

i'm the other one. he looked great against diaz and yves edwards. krazy horze always has a punchers chance and anybody can get caught. There is a lot more to the story w/elite xc, kj & nick. I interviewed KJ for TheSyncast and dude is super nice, very open and seems to be an honest guy. For his sake i do hope he fights Nick again at some point but the stuff that was going on at Elite XC was pretty wack and I'd probably have done the same thing KJ did assuming of course he was honest about it all.

Why guys hate him I'm not sure. I would look out for my own professional life too if a ship was sinking, I knew it and the fans didn't. You don't pander to people so they'll be happy with you, you make sound intelligent decisions. His didn't cost him much obviously, he got to work on an element of his fight game and now he's back to MMA. Should be interesting to see his 're-transition.' I think he's a good fighter. You have to be good to beat Nick Diaz. I would love to see a Rematch after KJ knocks off the rust. That'll be a good CBS pairing. :) Lots of bad blood for us hardcore fans. :)

I don't hate the guy at all. I just like Kawajiri. I think K.J. offers a nice stylistic match up for Crusher to showcase his skills. Plus, it would get him some nice U.S. face time and set him up for a possible UFC signing.
I know, wishful thinking. But I'd love to see him fighting the best lightweights in the world.
