i love how you guys jump off the band wagon when a fighter starts losing, already counting jardine out cause he lost his last 2
I'm counting Jardine out because of Bader's wrestling..... And Bader's power. Jardine seems to have trouble with guys who have big power- he lost to Rampage, Wand, HA, and Thiago Silva (although he did beat Liddell) Obviously Bader's striking isn't as refined as those guys' but still....
Also, I'm really biased.....I just always want Jardine to lose

I heard somewhere, I think in the prefight interviews and promos that Jardine was ahead on the score cards of at least one judge until the knockdown in the third towards the end of the round. That was a really good fight that both fighters had to dig in tooth and nail. These are reason I like Jardine. Keith doesn't get a whole lot of promotion or "respect" from the UFC. I think he is almost always set up to lose, but Keith is a hard worker, doesn't run his mouth off, and will fight just about anyone and I respect that.

I certainly respect what Jardine has done and his fighting heart, but I just cannot bring myself to like him.... Although I do like him better than his friend Rashad Evans, and I like him a lot better than Josh Koscheck. (I am aware that Kos and Rashad are both great fighters, but personally I cannot bring myself to want them to win)
We can't count Jardine out. He beat Liddell and lost a decision to a guy most people expected to knock him out. Bader's good but he still doesn't have the best strike defense and he gases by the third round frequently. I need to think about this one more.
I haven't really been too impressed with Bader in the UFC thus far. I think this might be too steep a step for him this early in his UFC career. We shall see.
This is a great matchup. I think it would be stupid to count out Jardine in this fight but with that said I think Bader should be the favorite. With Bader's wrestling I think he can get Jardine to the ground and hurt him there. In the stand up I'd give the power advantage to Bader but the overall striking to Jardine though Jardine throws those looping shots so its very possible he connect with a few. Of course I'll be pulling for Bader because hes my boy but i think this is a dangerous fight for him but the payoff of the win far out weighs the risk.
