"It would be a good fight. Forrest is an aggressive guy who fights on his feet, and I like that. He also has excellent Jiu-Jitsu and absurd wind. It would be a really good fight." -Antonio Rogerio Nogueira

I completely agree with Rogerio. I think this would be a really interesting fight. If Nog wants it, why the hell not? You know Forrest is game. They are both coming off of pretty good wins, especially Nog. I'd definitely be excited for this fight.

Intersesting fight of two fighters with similar styles.
It is funny that the two guys Blackhouse fighters would like to fight are Griffin and Mir.
Though for completely different reasons.Griffin because they respect the hell out of him and Mir because he can act like a douchebag at times but still a legitamite and dangerous oppenent.

I think it would be a good fight, Id most likely go with Nog taking the decision.

"idk what everyone else has been smoking"

What have you been smoking that has you thinking Forrest would "wreck" Lil Nog?
I can see the fight being really competitive, I can see Lil Nog getting the KO (although I wouldn't predict that), but I cannot see Forrest wrecking Lil Nog.

I suppose my argument depends what was meant by "wreck" but I would say that Forrest hasn't wrecked any one in a long time (and isn't likely to do so against Lil Nog). He beat Rampage but that fight was close. Maybe one could safely say he wrecked Shogun but I don't think that would be an apt description.

I'm not saying you are wrong because Forrest COULD wreck Lil Nog (and you are entitled to whatever opinion you like) but I don't think he WILL wreck Lil Nog....and I haven't been smoking anything today.

Lil Nog by KO. I'd be shocked if it ended any other way. (Unless Lil Nog subbed Forrest)

Of course, this is a great fight for Nog...he is better than Forrest everywhere and a win over him would put his name on the map in the US (if it isn't there already).

I would love to see this fight. Nog needs an opponent with name value to make him known to the casual fan and I'm sure it would be exciting. I think Nog would win it wherever it went though. Standing or on the ground. He is better technically and has more finishing potential. The only place Forrest might have an edge is conditioning. Because it would be three rounds (and might not even go that long) I doubt it'll be a factor.

Nog would destroy Forrest. Like some of the previous posters have stated, I think Nog is just trying to put himself on the map. Beating someone with such a house hold name would just give him some star power -- or thats what he is hoping for.

I think the fight would be 2nd rnd ko for nog.

So I assume the plan is go have Lil' Nog beat all the top contenders while Machida and Shogun have a best of five series?

Okay.
