I don't understand why everybody keeps saying that Randy has nothing to gain with this fight.
If he wins, that's two in a row against names. Then all he needs is one more win over somebody quasi relavent (Franklin, Tito, Jardine, Chuck), and he's got himself a compelling argument for a title shot. 3 in a row? Where I come from that's a win streak and in this division sometimes 3 wins over guys you've heard of is enough for a shot at the strap.
Sh*t, Shogun got his shot after 2 wins and one of those was over none other than Mark Coleman, and we all know how that turned out.
Either way, add that to the battle of the oldest men on the planet angle and this fight is interesting.
