While 205 pounds may very well be the weight class the flamboyant and always entertaining Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal chooses to call home in the future, FiveOuncesofPain.com has recently learned that his promotional debut in Strikeforce will in fact take place in the heavyweight division.
While nothing has been made official regarding the match-up as of this time, Lawal recently confirmed to 5 Oz. that both he and Mike Whitehead have verbally agreed to the proposed clash

I'm not sure why this fight is happening at Heavyweight seeing as both fighters have been fighting at 205. Regardless, I'm always psyched to see King Mo.

Really looking forward to seeing this guy for the first time. I enjoyed the article about him in FIGHT! a couple months back.

weird, are they trying to setup exciting fights for Fedor, cause I would love to see that fight but i thought Lawal was going to be a Mousasi victim?

I think they are trying to builg King Mo up before they throw him to Mousasi. But trying to do it against Whtehead is a tough go, he is a very game fighter. Mo wont be able to control him on the ground and whitheads stand up isnt that bad either.
