Writing off Wanderlei is a big mistake, I dont make very many guarentees like the guarentee I made about Machida not being able to stop Shogun and then some. But I can almost asure you this wont leave the 1st round and Wanderlei will show why hes one of the most dangerous men in the sport and such an iconic figure. And lets face it if Wand loses to Bisbing a part of the sport dies, its just not gonna happen, in fact I'll even do an av bet on this fight.
Wanderlei's surgery has seemed to help him out dramatically, he's breathing better, not walking around like he's half asleep,he even sounds normal, I think he pulls the upset off.
1 - How do you know this? 2 - I don't think it would be an upset either way, really.
You don't consider it an upset? He's got 1W and 5L last 6 fights. He's the new and improved Elvis Sinosic LOL. Yeah it's probably more of a fifty-fifty fight.
I don't know, I'm just going off my observations and what I've read about his surgery, or maybe he's just been drunk since the Pride days.
I think Bisping is well rounded, but he doesn't do anything great, I just don't think you can stay on top that way, Forrest is a good example. Wandy only has trouble with people that manhandle him or have a dangerous weapon(Belfort, CroCop, Rampage). I think Bisping is a poor man's Rich Franklin, if he controls Wandy or knocks him out it will be time for Wandy to retire, that's it.
