This guy is a work in progress but has a ton of potential. I love his size at WW and his speed. His counterpunching was good and has a hell of a jab....not to mention the knees!! His size makes him dangerous against anyone in that division.

I would almost say that should be have been KOTN.

I firmly believe it should have been. It was the least expected, in my opinion.

I was thinking about this and I think the only reason Nog got KOTN was because of the caliber of opponent he KO'd. No disrespect to Davis but if he was considered a legitimate contender (top 5) the KO would have been appreciated more. If you were judging the style of the KO I would definitely give the KOTN to Saunders

Killa B is entertaining as hell. I think that KO just promoted him onto the televised card... Its a shame he didnt get, Atleast, Co-KOTN.

One thing I thought about while watching that fight, I know Killa B is a big WW but Marcus looked pretty small, Does anyone think that Marcus might find a new spark at 155, can he make 155?

I think Marcus Davis at 155 would be an absolute beast. However i'm not so sure he could cut that much weight.

Ben Saunders is brutle in the clinch game. His knees are outstanding. I thought Marcus would hang in there better, but there isn't a lot you can do when you're eating knees to the face.

Ben Saunders seems like an absolutely awesome guy. Humble, and respectful in victory and defeat. I hope to see a lot more of this guy in the future. He proved Saturday he deserves some good comepetion and probably some spots on the main card.

I agree wtih everyone else that it would be nice if they can put him up against some big, long, athletic opponents to put his game to the test. He's got a big advantage against the smaller guys. Still an impressive win nonetheless.

He had a tough night against Mike Swick though. His size and muay thai clinch definitely make him dangerous. I picked him to win the Marcus Davis fight, but I think he's still got a bit to do before becoming a top contender.
