When Dan (The Outlaw) Hardy takes on Mike (Quick) Swick next week at UFC 105 in Manchester, England, the most interested observer cageside will be Canadian Georges St. Pierre.
"Apparently I will probably fight the winner of this fight so I'm going to be watching it very carefully," St. Pierre told The Canadian Press.

Now on the count of three, everyone from Canada say how GSP will dominate either guy.
1....2...3
GSP will dominate either guy.
Now, somebody quote me and call me a nuthugger.

I just want GSP to bump up to the MW division. I don't think he should start at the champ or anything, but i'd like for him to work his way up the ladder.

even though the ww division still has a ton of talent I think the bar set by gsp is too high. stranger things have happened, but i just don't see anyone hanging with gsp right now. if gsp does dominate his next opponent i hope he finishes him if only to avoid the inevitable desicionator comments.

Yeah, I just don't see anybody hanging with GSP at this stage of his career. I think after two or three more title defenses the pressure to move up to middleweight, at least for a few marquee matchups, will be too great to resist. He'll probably do something similar to Anderson by coming up and fighting some big names for big PPV bucks.
Who wouldn't want to see GSP vs. Demian Maia or Nate Marquardt or even Wanderlei or Vitor. The list goes on and on but either way it's going to happen. People will tire of his relentless domination at WW and the dollar signs will get too big to ignore.

I think i'd take Rumble over GSP, it just depends on how he does over the next year, if he shows off some wrestling ability then I will take him in a heartbeat and bet the house on him! GSP at MW would be a tiny guy and IMO he would get tooled repeatedly. At WW he has it on lock, plus he's never even mentioned being interested in making the move. With all the great competition at WW I don't even see a need for the move, there are plenty of good match ups for him still. You just have to look past the big three (thiago, fitch and kos)

If he defeats Kos, i'd be surprised if he didn't get a title shot for his next fight. So I don't know if we'll have a whole year to see how he does.

This is not true. I know i've heard him say while being interviewed that he's interested in eventually moving up to MW. Here's a link to a sherdog article where his manager says he is interested in moving up to MW, and even LHW, eventually. Link

um... rumble does not have the wrestling ability to hang with gsp, i think that in a kickboxing match rumble would win but mma is gsp's world and he would dominate, thiago alves would beat rumble even imo but then again thats just my opinion.
