I'll be competing in the white, yellow, orange, green catagory, most likely at 198lbs and under (although I should be fighting at 178.5lbs)... anybody else going, anyone have any advice for me?

My worse enemy was always my conditioning I would start off very strong in my early matches then fade very badly near the end. So make sure you don't have that problem, not having the gas to fight much if you end up on the floor really makes you look bad even if you know that if you fought the guy in the first match you would own him.

there is a tourney here in june that i will be competing in. dont blow your load in your first match, people are ever as good as i think they will be (better to overestimate than underestimate) and go for foot sweeps.

I might actually be competing twice now, once at the end of this month and one late in May... I had a good session tonight and I'm starting to feel more confident...
