“I definitely want to fight GSP again. I’m biased and I have confidence in myself and I don’t think the fight would go anything like that if we fought again. I’ve got to defend the lightweight title and take on all challenges that make me better but if I get a chance to fight GSP again — even if it was a non-title fight — I’d jump at the opportunity. There will always be people to beat and as the lightweight champion I have to honor that and keep defending the title. But as a businessman you hope it’s someone with a big name who can bring a big fan base into the fight. This is a business — it’s the entertainment business and the biggest fights that can be put together will only benefit me. I am surprised Georges St. Pierre hasn’t tried to push for a fight with Anderson Silva. If I was the welterweight champion I’d try and push myself and see what I could do up at middleweight.”
Despite the fact that he’s heading into a very dangerous fight with Diego Sachez on Dec. 12, UFC Lightweight Champion BJ Penn is still hoping to get revenge on reigning welterweight kingpin Georges St. Pierre — as well as other “superfights” before he hangs up the gloves for good.

I HATE BJ but I think they should fight again, especially since once both fight their next fights, there is really no one in either division that is in line next for a shot. We all know the outcome of the last fight and I do think the outcome would be the same but the victory was somewhat tainted due to Phil Nurse's shenanigans. LOL what is BJ talking about when he said GSP should be pushing for a fight with Anderson? Hasnt GSP BEEN pushing this fight for most of this year? I think its Dana that doesnt want to make it happen.

I dont care about all of the "Greasegate" stuff. The NSAC didnt over turn it so GSP has won both fights, I thought that BJ won the first one but thats besides the point. 2 wins and its all over. I wouldnt want to see it again for years.

It's like watchin a 9th grader fight an outta shape 6th grader LOL.....WTF makes BJ think he has a chance, I don't care how good his world famous take down D is.... there is nothing he can do, GSP has the ability/stamina/strength to do what he wants with BJ.....He should worry about Deigo, cuz his belt is in some serious jeopardy IMO.

I'm actually in favor of seeing this fight again, i dont buy the greasegate allegations but id like to see a close to the chapter, however majority of casuals arent interested in it and alot of hardcores arent either because they think the result will be the same, which it probably will.
I also think its anderson who doesnt want the fight with gsp, gsp is pulling for mw but anderson is pulling for lhw

I love you BJ. String together some more impressive wins starting with Diego and then hopefully Frankie Edgar and then maybe talks will arise again considering the WW contendership class is pretty weak after Swick/Hardy.

Bj needs to be worried about how to beat Sanchez and forget about fighting GSP again. It would only end the same way again.

I am a fan of BJ but he got badly beat up last time and the same thing would happen again. BJ is the best at LW and should stay there. Anyway isn't GSP moving up to MW?

I think GSP doesn't want it and neither does Dana....both guys are scared! Dana is afraid because he doesn't want GSP to get destroyed. And GSP is afraid because he doesn't want to get destroyed. Also, there's a large difference in size/build....Anderson is likely too much bigger than GSP.

I personally think he wants to get a fight with GSP right now because he is working out a lot right now to get in fight shape. I think the guy loves to fight, and do light training, but hates to actually work out. I think he hates losing the weight and likes to fight at WW to avoid all the suffering.

Gsp needs to step up to Anderson.Bj goes up when he feels he needs to so does Silva so maybe the one guy who has absolutely no challengers should do the same huh?
