"When John “Quick Guns” Gunderson faced off against Fabian Acuna for the Ring of Fire lightweight title this past August, no one could have anticipated the eventual outcome of the fight.
Half way through the first round Gunderson attempted to secure a submission. Acuna yelped in pain, causing the referee to stop the fight thinking that Acuna had verbally submitted, giving Gunderson the win"
