That's the thoughts of the latest UFC personality to offer his view on Quinton Jackson's retirement-UFC Lightweight Champion BJ Penn. Penn notes fighting "does wear on you" and thinks Rampage is burnt out but could still return to UFC some day...but BJ thinks Rmapage is perfect for the "A-Team" role he's in and would love to see Rampage with the mohawk sported by Mr. T.
