Mine would be sitting on a secluded beach, drinking a Corona and watching Arianny splashing in the waves topless. 
After that fun afternoon, heading to a UFC event with a whole bunch of buddies to watch Lesnar vs Fedor, Mousasi vs Machida and A Silva vs GSP
I think there is more of a chance with Arianny in the waves than Fedor fighting in the UFC. I can always dream

Wake up late and peacful, eat breakfast that I get to cook, gym time (no cardio!), shooting range, BBQ, UFC with 20 matches live (all are absolutely wonderful) and aired for free in my house with my family, a few close friends, a bottle of crown, and a can of fresh Copenhagen!
