Welterweights Edgar Garcia (7-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) and DaMarques Johnson (9-7 MMA, 0-1 UFC) have agreed to meet at UFC 107.

FiveOuncesOfPain.com was the first to report the matchup, and MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) has since confirmed from sources close to the contest that both fighters have agreed to the matchup and bout agreements are expected to be signed shortly.

Might be a tougher fight for Johnson, but I still believe in him to pull out the W here. Decision prolly.

Everybody watch for DaMarques to get school so bad in this fight. Edgar has to power and exposive stand up. Edgar will rock Johnson and finish him in the first round.

i watched garcia early this year in san diego on a wec card he was impressive and even though he got the shaft against blackburn i think johnson is very over rated if he tries to stand and the guy is cocky enough to try he will get blazed
