Mark Dellagrotte’s MMA and Muay Thai school Sityodtong has picked up two big names in recent weeks, Fighters Only has learned.

Former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir and former WEC bantamweight champion Miguel Torres are both heading to the Boston gym to work with the man regarded as having one of the best ‘Muay Thai for MMA’ systems in the sport.

I wonder if Frank will have his mouth away from Torres nuts long enough to get any work in.

Frank finally gets to train with his idol!

Seriously though this should be a good place for Frank, not only in the striking department but in the gameplan one as well.

Prolly hard for either of them to get work in, with frank dangling from torres nuts. Had to fill the void of florian leaving.
