Kyra explained her injury. “I had this problem at the Worlds. I made a lot of physiotherapy, but this week I trained hard and felt again. The pain was so strong that there wasn’t even a position to sleep“, regrets the black-belt, that won’t need surgery. “I went to the doctor and he said it’s a slipped disk. Now I gotta rest, make physiotherapy, there isn’t much to do“.
