And The Bully noticed. In post-fight comments on his victory over Roger Huerta, Gray Maynard noted he heard Huerta's shoulder pop a couple times during the fight, but Huerta was able to avoid being submitted.

i thought his arm was broken at one point.it looked worse then renzo gracies arm when sakuraba had him the kimura.must be a very flexible dude

that was a brutal submission attempt, very well done and it blows my mind how Huerat didnt tap , that basically looked gross lol I hope Huerta comes back and gives up on acting

Ha, usually when my instructors demonstate a kimura, they use me and they can't get me to tap but what Gray had on Huerta was sick. That wasn't just flexibility. That was Huerta letting his should pop out of place til he could roll out of the sub.
I don't like Huerta too much but he is truly a fighter.

Seriously, i had to turn away. It was like watching Joe Theisman's leg getting broke. Yuk. I couldn't believe it could be twisted like that and not destroyed. Props to Huerta. It was a great fight. Maynard is a great fighter, huerta is great....it's just Maynard's time. Good for him.
