On of the worst fights ever Mcsweeny needed to put like 2 more leg kicks on Shivers and its ove when youe 6 feet away from a guy and he is doubled over muster up that last bit of gas and throw a flying knee and put him to sleep.

I wish there was a way both Shivers and McSweeney could have lost that fight.

It was like watching Kalib Starnes run away from a tree.

I think Shivers gassed quicker than anybody I've ever seen in MMA.

Faster than Tank Abbot lol, That's pretty damn fast lol, I haven't seen it yet, it comes on in about 20 minutes where I live

I don't see how McSweeney could possibly be given that first round.... If anyone should have been given that decision it should've been Shivers, although I think it was 1 round each.

I think the judges just wanted to spare the audience another 5 minutes of watching them standing still with their hands on their knees.

This is why there haven't been any heavyweight TUFs since season 2. Mediocre Heavyweights usually make for pretty horrible fights.

Unfortunately, I agree. I see the majority of the fights being rather boring this season. We're 2 for 2 now.

i think after the first round of fights things will improve as far as the fights being hard to watch goes. i thought shivers deserved the W although i could have seen it going to a 3rd, but when you are doubled over and have your hands on your hips for 5 mins of a 10 min fight that doesnt help with the judges. whatever though, im just excited for next week, it cant come fast enough.

I can't wait to see next week's fight. I just noticed something about Kimbo that I'd always seen before, but I guess I never really paid any attention to it. The guy throws BARELY any straight punches. It's all looping hooks, uppercuts, and hooks to the body. I hope Nelson throws straight punches on him all day then gets in for the takedown and subs his ass.

Then again, after seeing the preview of next week I'm a little nervous. Looks like Nelson is a little too happy backing straight up and we've seen that get dudes into trouble before. Bleh.

Well Abe's cut made the first fight rather entertaining in my opinion. That was an awesome amount of blood!

2 hours til the third episode!! Can't wait!! I hope Kimbo wins. I really want to see him succeed!

Maybe it should have been stopped. Got what i expected from Kimbo, but Big Country was not impressive. Dana summed it up nicely. Found it funny that he described the light taps he has to put on a guy to get the ref to stop it. Then says he put on a show.

Like dana said those shots Kimbo was taking werent anything devastating and Roy knew that, he said at the house what he was going to do and even if they were little slaps and unanswered it needs to be stoped because those are the rules.

Nothing impressive but I cant blame Roy for fighting smart and doing what he needed to do to get to the next round with little effort.

Man, I think I hate Roy Nelson. I'm glad Dana called Roy on the fact that he was doing the bar minimum to win that fight. My sister can hit harder then that!

That was such an unimpressive performance from Roy Nelson. He was obviously nervous and doing the bare minimum to win. He said that was his plan before the fight. If it would've been allowed to continue I think way-to-Big Country would have gassed out completely before kimbo got knocked out. His conditioning looked terrible. That fight didn't need to be stopped as Kimbo was in no danger.

You guys are hilarious. Roy Nelson goes out there and puts an absolute clinic on Kimbo and somehow he catches all the flak. If you guys' sisters can hit harder than that then I invite you to go subject yourself to the same kind of punishment Kimbo took. A 260 lb. trained elite mixed martial artist bearing all of his weight down on top of you and punching at half power still hits harder than 90% of anyone anybody here has ever been hit by.

I think Roy could have mounted and landed some heavier shots, but to think that he did anything besides put an absolute clinic on Kimbo is laughable at best. I'm honestly surprised and a bit disappointed that Dana talked about him the way he did after the fight.

By the way- I'm a fan of TUF, the UFC, Dana White, Roy Nelson, and Kimbo Slice. I'm not trying to be biased. Just realistic.
