Does anybody know what kind of sauce DQ uses on their Ultimate Burger? It is delicious anhd I can't figure out what it is.



I don't know if it's just our DQs in canada but i find that DQ burgers taste awful, and possibly the worst fast food burger ive ever tasted in my life.

No, just no. Kobe beef is about the fat that's marbled all through out the beef, that gives it its rich flavor. You grind that up and make it into a patty, and you grill it, all that rich flavor and fat is going to seep out, basically ridding you what you paid so high for in the first place.

Sourdough, butter and Parmesan cheese toasted

Beef patties, fat, rare, little salt, charbroiled

Cheese, preferably, Jack. Don't mind stinky Blue or Gorgonzola either

BACON

Those are must have ingredients

Condiments and toppings could be any combination but I don't really like sauce that much on a burger.

Avocado, tomato, white onion, Ortega chilli, jalapeno, mushrooms and red, yellow or orange bell peppers. Preference with the onions, mushrooms and bell peppers is fried.

This should be a criminal offense.

I had a meat vendor of mine tell me he just got done dealing with a lady who called to complain about the quality of his filet mignon. He asked how she'd cooked it, and said she'd ground it up and made burgers with it, and they came out awful. He told her never to order from him again.

A simple burger patty with salt, heavy pepper and garlic mixed in, topped with blue cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, tomato and french-fried onions.

A burger with salt, pepper and chipotle mixed in, topped with two jalapeno poppers and pepper jack cheese and guacamole.

Cant go wrong with the classic bacon, swiss, mushroom, mayo.

Sometimes just a fuck ton of American cheese and bacon does the trick too.

Only thing that ruins burgers for me is raw onion, traditional shitty hamburger buns or the burger being cooked more than medium.

Everyone has pretty much covered my favorite flavors as well, so I don't think I really need to add anything. I will, however, add a picture of the Great Lost Bear's Almighty Cheesus Burger! Instead of a bun, that lucious patty is sandwiched between two....sandwiches, of the grilled cheese variety.



It's also worth noting that The Great Lost Bear is rated as one of the best beer pubs in the world, and it's in my backyard. Just throwing that out there.

I had a Moroccan roommate, as well as a Lebanese roommate, and neither of them liked to see pink in their steak. I am fairly certain it's a cultural thing, but it always almost made me wretch when I saw them buy expensive steak, cook it grey, and then douse it in salt and dressings. blech

It's cultural in that meat quality in poor in many parts of the world, so you overcook it to avoid food poisoning. People still do the same with pork these days, as it used to be dangerous to eat, even in the US.
