“I think that’s absolutely perfect, I’m ecstatic. I’ve been waiting for this opportunity for a long time. I’ve been given this kind of opportunity in the past and this is one I need to take advantage of. This is my chance to take everything he has.”

“I think it’s gonna be a hell of a fight, I think it’s gonna be a war. Neither one of us likes to lose, I actually hate to lose. There’s a good chance this fight could end up on its feet and I feel like my stand-up skills will be ready to win in that area. I don’t know if I can knock him out but I definitely think I can beat Tito. I definitely feel like I can win this fight. There are no guarantees in this game but I hit really hard and if I connect I could knock him out.”

Not exactly. I think he's just saying that he has a punchers chance.

I think in the middle of the second when Coleman is tired and is starting to get hit a lot then Tito is going to take him down and GNP Coleman until the ref breaks it up.

"I dont know if I CAN knock him out" ...maybe meaning his striking isnt great rather than saying he dosnt have power or saying Tito has a good chin maybe "If I connect I COULD knock him out" ...which he could.

If the fight happens, Tito will gas him in the first, with TD attempts and such, then GNP in the second to get the win.

No it isnt. He clearly dont think he will KO Tito. But he says if he lands a clean shot he COULD. Meaning he dont thin k he will land a clean shot. These are HWs who are grown men. Most all fighters these days have the ability to KO someone. But Landed the KO punch takes skill and technique and ability(speed, etc) Then there is the chance he could just get lucky or his opponent gets careless.

So no he dont contradict himself. Look at it like this. "If i connect i can KO him, but i dont think my chances of connecting are good". Does that sound better?

Coleman is going to beat Tito by Decision. Like he did to Bonnar.

But either way neither guy will be a contender.

Tito came the closest to beating the current LHW champ, got a draw with the champion before that, and won a split decision against the champion before that. Tito isn't as washed up as people like to make him out to be.

well to me it seem Coleman has rededicated himself.and i wouldnt be suprised if i see a Coleman who is in superb shape.

although i know ortiz isnt going to be a pushover.Coleman is more than well versed in wrestling.

i wish i could see Coleman lean and not as muscular coming into this fight.i think that contributes alot to him gassing so fast

I'm not a Tito fan. In fact I've been known to deficate into my own hand and use it to fill up my eyes and ears just to avoid witnessing one of his interviews but I don't see how Coleman can win this one.

They are basically the same fighter only with tito being younger, better conditioned, with better sriking and although not as techincally good at wrestling far better at mixing it up.

I have my hand ready and poised for Tito's post fight interview with Rogan after he has hand his hand raised in victory.
