No, what this article says is that Joe Silva contends that they "would have paid top dollar" but never had a chance to and claimed that M-1 lied to their fighter. Remember right now UFC is in an all out war against M-1. They'll say whatever they want. Maybe it's true, maybe it's not but one thing we know for SURE when you cross ZUFFA they don't think there is such a thing as "dirty." Dana would cuss his own mother out and call her a scumbag lying whore if she signed with another organization and then say how much he loved her and how amazing she has been his whole life when she decided to come back to the UFC.

For one this is Joe SIlva when is the last time you have heard Joe lie or for that matter when is the last time you heard Dana flat out lie. He may talk smack or down talk competition but I have yet to find where he has flat out lied about anything. His job is that of a promoter so down talking other fighters or promotions is his job but he has yet to lie that I have found. Mousasi didn't call Joe for no reason at all and Mousasi said no comment to the issue and says he is under contract with StrikeForce now and he will honor that contract. If it wasn't an issue Mousasi would have said it wasn't true but he didn't.
